is timed so faster runners to the front, strollers to the back.Top quality running trails just north of Ankeny, Iowa.
Directions to Event:
Take I-35 to the Elkhart
Exit.Turn West and follow to NE 22nd
street, which is the first street going south.Follow ¾ mile and the race is on the West, right side of the road.
It is the third gravel road to the right (West). Turn onto the gravel
road.Race signs posted.
Entry Form and Waiver
All
entrants must have a signed waiver before running
Registration/Waiver Form MUST be completely filled out and signed by ALL
participants.
know that running/walking a road/trail race is a potentially hazardous activity,
which could cause injury or death. I should not enter and run/walk unless I am
medically able and properly trained. I agree to abide by any decision of a race
official relative to any aspect of my participation in this event, including the
right of the official to deny or suspend my participation for any reason
whatsoever. I assume all risks associated with running/walking in this event,
including, but not limited to, falls, contacts with other participants, the
effects of the weather, and conditions of the trails/roads, all such risks being
known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and
in consideration of your accepting my registration into this running/walking
event, I, for myself and anyone entitled t oact on my behalf, waive and release
Shannon and Jill Haus, Wayne Abuhl, Abuhl Acres, and all sponsors, their
representatives and successors, and all volunteers from all claims or
liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event even
though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of
the persons or entities named in this waiver. I grant permission to all of the
foregoing to use my photographs, motion pictures, recordings, videos or any
other recording of this event for legitimate purpose. I understand that
bicycles, skate boards, roller skates or inline skates are not allowed in this
event and I will abide by this rule.
